Do you train baseball players, or just softball?
Both. Hitting, pitching, and athletic performance programs run for baseball and softball athletes, youth through high school.
What happens at the evaluation?
The evaluation is $49 and it is where every new athlete starts. We find out where they are today, what is holding them back, and which training path fits. If the athlete joins a membership, the $49 is credited toward it.
What ages do you work with?
Youth through high school, from developing athletes to advanced competitive players. Programming is adjusted by age and training experience. A nine-year-old does not train like a college athlete.
How much does a membership cost?
Memberships run from $129 to $299 a month, covering four, eight, or twelve structured sessions. Private training is also available separately, from $55 for 30 minutes.
How big are the training groups?
Small on purpose. Small group sessions are usually three to four athletes, and every coached membership session is reservation based. When a session fills, it closes and we add another rather than adding athletes to it.
Can I rent a cage?
Yes, when facility capacity allows. Individual cages, multiple cages, team rentals, and full facility rentals are all reservation based. Contact us for availability and pricing.
